Key Features :

High Vacuum Unit : All our Laser fume dust extractors comes with imported high vacuum unit capable of generating static pressure as much as 10 times of normal conventional blower. This helps the machine to run effortlessly even when the filter is 90% choked.

Longer filter Life: Time between filter changes is 3 times longer than that of fume extractor with conventional centrifugal blower.

Compact size: The motor used in high vacuum unit is of high speed (Around 30,000 RPM) BLDC Motor. Hence the system is able to generate high static pressure at very compact size.

Precise Flow control: Our fume extractor uses PWM technologies to precisely control the air flow. It helps to have tight controls on suction requirements.

Power Saving:  Our fume extractor consumes on an average of 300 watts power. At peak condition for required suction, the power increases to max 1.2 Kw. whereas conventional fume extractor using 2880 rpm standard centrifugal blower and needs minimum 3 HP of power requirements to generate high static pressure.

Customizable: The system controls can be directly interconnected to Laser machines ON/ OFF controls. With this optional control unit, the fume extractor can be switched ON & OFF based on Laser machine state.

Corrosion Resistant:  As an additional option the system casing can be completely built of highly corrosion resistant stainless steel materials (SS304). Additionally all internal surfaces that come in contact with fumes can be epoxy coated for a longer life of the product.

Complete Odor control:  Our fume extractor comes with deep bed odor filter made of fully imported and chemically treated activated carbon pellets / Alumina balls. As odorous molecules are removed by adsorption method. Properly treated adsorption media of sufficient depth enabling maximum time for odorous molecule to be in contact with adsorption media completely removes the smell. In comparison, the capturing effectiveness of our pelleted media filters is 10 times more effective then filters made with locally procured raw activated carbon made out of coconut shell.
